Answers we rehearse before publishing

If something here contradicts a signed statement of work, the SOW wins. Otherwise treat this as the candid version of what we can and cannot promise.

Do you publish vendor-specific screenshots?

Rarely. We prefer annotated diagrams and neutral language so the briefings age better when consoles move.

Can my whole team share one desk pass?

No. Passes are per human seat. Teams should pick the Studio lane or talk to us about a cohort invoice.

What is not included in labs?

We do not ship hardware, retail peripherals, or consumer identity flows. Bring those as written case studies.

How do corrections work?

Email the newsroom with subject "Correction". We append a dated note at the bottom of the affected briefing.

Do you offer private cohorts?

Yes, with a scoped statement of work. Public pricing pages stay informational only.

Will you help with procurement paperwork?

We provide factual descriptions and hours estimates. We do not complete customer legal questionnaires.

Are sessions recorded?

Default public programs are not recorded. Private engagements may allow recording under a separate agreement.

What languages are supported live?

Primary delivery is English with Korean logistics support for Seoul-area classes.

How fast is scheduling?

We typically reply within two Korea business days with three proposed start windows.
