Terms of Use by Endpoint Activity Log Academy

1. User obligations

You agree to use Endpoint Activity Log Academy materials only for lawful operational learning inside organizations where you are authorized. You will not attempt to disrupt classes, scrape instructor accounts, or share access tokens issued for labs.

Administrative credentials provided for exercises must be rotated after class unless your employer policy explicitly permits reuse. You will respect confidentiality of other attendees case studies.

2. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory consumer rule in your home region requires otherwise.

If a translated copy exists, the English version controls for commercial customers unless local law mandates another language prevail.

3. Liability

Training is informational and experiential. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from how you apply lessons in production environments.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single enrollment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrollment unless prohibited by applicable law.

4. Termination

We may suspend access for abusive conduct, credential sharing beyond permitted team size, or attempts to reverse engineer hosted lab infrastructure.

You may stop participating at any time; refunds follow the Cancellation Policy when eligible. Some obligations survive termination, including confidentiality and payment for services already rendered.

5. Intellectual property

Curriculum, labs, and templates remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use handouts for internal operational improvement inside your employer.

You may not publicly republish slide decks, recordings where permitted, or lab code artifacts without written approval.

6. Acceptance

By registering or accessing materials, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization where applicable, or you participate as an individual accepting personal responsibility for compliance with these terms.

If you are under the age required to form a contract in your region, you may not enroll without guardian consent where mandated.

7. Service description

We deliver instructor-led endpoint administration training, simulations, and enablement workshops as described on each program page. Schedules may shift for weather, instructor health, or facility issues; we will propose replacements before canceling outright when feasible.

Optional add-ons such as private coaching are scoped separately in written statements of work.

8. Definitions

"Site" refers to doc-hub.one and related static assets. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Endpoint Activity Log Academy operating the training brand. "You" includes both individual learners and their sponsoring organization.

"Labs" means hosted practice environments unless a program explicitly uses your corporate devices under your policies.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms to reflect new offerings or legal guidance. Material changes will be posted with a revised last-updated date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit consent.

Archived copies are available on request for enterprise customers with active statements of work.

10. Notices

Formal notices should be emailed to the address listed on this page with read receipt requested for time-sensitive matters. Physical notices may be sent to the postal address shown in the site footer.

You agree that operational notices about schedules may be sent to the email you supply at registration.

11. Severability

If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted.

Parties agree to replace invalid clauses with lawful terms that best reflect original intent.

12. Entire agreement

These terms, plus the description on the applicable program page and any signed statement of work, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersede informal side conversations.

Purchase orders may add operational details but may not silently override refund windows already published.
