1. Process
Email academy@doc-hub.one with your order reference, participant names, and requested action. We confirm receipt within two business days Korea time.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate manual settlement.
2. Scope
This policy covers tuition-like fees for scheduled Endpoint Activity Log Academy programs listed on doc-hub.one.
Custom statements of work may define different windows; those documents override this page when explicitly referenced.
3. Exceptions
No refunds are offered once digital lab credentials have been intentionally shared outside the licensed team size, or if a participant was removed for conduct violations.
Force majeure reschedules do not count as cancellations if alternate dates are offered within ninety days.
4. Eligibility
Purchasers acting as consumers under Korean law may qualify for cooling-off refunds within fourteen days of purchase if services have not substantially begun.
Corporate purchasers should reference their purchase order terms; where silent, these rules apply as a baseline.
5. Timeframe
Cooling-off requests must arrive before the first live session start time. After that point, partial credits may be offered instead of cash refunds.
Processing of approved refunds typically completes within fourteen business days depending on banking rails.
6. Contact
Cancellation requests should include the best phone number for calendar coordination in Korea Standard Time.
Escalations after initial denial may be reviewed by a secondary operations lead within five business days.
7. Refund method
We refund via the same channel used for payment when feasible. For wire transfers, we may request updated banking details on official letterhead.
Currency fluctuations between purchase and refund are borne by the payer or payee per banking intermediary rules.
8. Partial refunds
If you attend part of a multi-day program then withdraw for documented medical reasons, we may offer proportional credit toward a future cohort.
Administrative fees equivalent to five percent of list price may be withheld to cover sunk costs unless law forbids it.
9. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, shipping of printed materials after dispatch, and bespoke content creation deposits are generally non-refundable once ordered.
Donation-style community seats, if ever offered, are final.
10. Consumer rights in Korea
Consumers may have rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other statutes. Nothing here limits non-waivable protections.
Dispute mediation bodies recognized under Korean law remain available to eligible consumers.
11. Final provisions
If translations diverge, the Korean-language version prevails for consumers domiciled in Korea; other regions default to English unless law requires otherwise.
We may update this policy to reflect fee structure changes; last-updated date signals revisions.
12. Schedule changes
If we postpone a cohort, you may choose a refund or a seat move. If you cannot attend the new dates, a full refund is available within thirty days of the announcement.
Partial completion due to instructor illness follows the partial credit rules above.
